This might sound crazy to some people but this really works for me. I've been listening to a podcast that makes a lot of sense to me. It's "Fat 2 Fit Radio". It's common sense weight loss. No diet; instead, a lifestyle change.
Love it!! It's your life... why not change habits [and just happen to lose weight while you are at it]. I want to life right so it's not a constant battle! Sounds like you and I are on the same page! :o)
