I think the shock of gaining weight last month gave me the shock I needed. It's been so much easier this week. I have exercised every night except Sunday. I have really been getting into the "Green" drinks. I haven't been counting calories but I have been eating healthier with the exception of Saturday and I had Mexican food. It's my favorite and is definately one of the higher calorie / fat meals.

  2. Keep up the good work and that gain will be a loss. I totally hear you about Mexican food. i'm a sucker for a good cheese enchilada!!! and chips and salsa.
